Shane & I went trouting Wednesday evening for some Sea Run Brown Trout.(July,5,2006)
Here i am sipping on a beer waiting for a bite.
This is the first two trout caught.
Another few caught but no real big ones.And if you are wondering about the beer cans we had a couple of beer each over a 4 hour trouting trip.
Here are the 10 trout we caught.We never caught any big ones which is strange.I would like to say I caught all the trout but i would be lying.Shane was the kingfisher today.lol
Shane and I were out for the food fishery today.
We wasn't out very long before we caught these 3.
I was using the rod so I could add a bit more excitment to hauling up a fish.
A Sailboat passed by on its way in for the evening.
This Harbour Grace Island, alot of boats were out around the island fishing but our bout was to small to go out there.
This is that same Sailboat going in the Harbour.As you can see we were out far enough for a 13 1/2 foot boat with a 4 horsepower motor.
This is looking across the Conception Bay.
This is Salvege Rock and this is where we were jigging at.There is a fishing ground just outside of the Rock.
As you can see once we got on the fishing ground we wasn't long catching our limit.
Here I am reeling up Shane's hand line while He gets the motor going so we can head in and clean our fish.
He got going and where on our way.You can see another boat in the background still trying to catch there limit.
Harrison came down to the beach with his truck to pick up the boat and us.
Here I am filleting the fish.
I also cut off the napes and cut out the heads.There was no fish wasted its to good to wast any.
I was out fishing in Trinty Bay today with Dan Reid,his Father and Cousin.
