The placing hounds in the 13"male class at the Canadian Nationals 2006.This was Rebel's first Nationals and he got 7th place.
The placing hounds in the 13"male class at Bellevue on Nov.28.2006.
Rebel got a 3rd place at this trial.This makes it 6 ribbons out of 7 trials this fall not counting the Nationals.
The placing hounds in the 15"male class.Congrats to Russell Butler on his 2nd win on Spot.

G.G. and I went in for a shot today with the pups on the first snow for the year.Dec.7.2006.

There was just to much snow on the trees today to get a shot but the pups did have three rabbits going.

Went in for a run with the dogs and a boilup today with Dan,Greg,G.G.,Dean and Keith.
Dan was the cook today.
Dean got the fire going and Dan throughs the scraps in.
All the veggies are on for the jigs dinner.

The dogs had a 5 hour run and we had a great feed.It dosen't get any better then that.lol!
The next 4 pictures are of my new pup i got from Dan and Steve.She came in this week from New York. Her Name is The Pye's Sweet Lucy and she is out of Sire:FTCH Steve's Hare Tracer and Dam:FW Dan's Little Maxie.

After a hour or so Shane shot the first rabbit but we had to pick the dogs up and move somewere else.
Anyway we got to the new spot and wasn't there 15mins and Dan shot the first rabbit the dogs started
We had the dogs caught for the day now and we had 6 rabbits.Well Shane and Dan had the rabbits I had a off day I fired 3 shots but no gravy for me.HA HA !

Shane,Harrison and I went in hunting Boxing Day with the dogs for 4 or 5 hours.(Dec.26.2006)

I shot one on the edge of the Barrens.The dogs were only on this one for about 15 to 20 minutes.
We had 4 shot by one o'clock.
We ended up with 5 by two o'clock so we picked the dogs up and got ready to go home.Here is Shane and is father Harrison with the dogs and rabbits.

We had another great day in the woods so seeing its Boxing Day we stopped in to Harrison's garage and had a box of beer before we went home.
