I was over to Dan's today for a run with the Dogs.(Jan.8.07)

This is the river in the road from Dan's house.
Here's the bridge that crosses the river.

Anyway we had on luck with a start on that side so we moved the dogs across the river.

I took this picture of a Search & Rescue Helicopter while it was flying over.
We had a good 4 hour run on the dogs so it was getting late so we picked the dogs up and headed out the path to the Van.
Dan had Penny & Sandy on the leash.
I had Jack & Rebel.

Back to the Van and We had another great day in the woods.The next time we go in we will take the guns and have a day hunting.

As you can see you can get very close to this rabbit.
Went in for a shot today with Calvin and G.G. but the rabbits were not so plentiful so we decided to let the dogs run.Here we are getting a lunch.(Jan.15.2007)

It was very cold today and we never had a great run but that happens.It is always great to have a day in the woods even if the dogs don't have a good run.

Uncle Ches opening a can of weiners while the dogs are off in the distance running a rabbit so we stopped to have a lunch too.
After we had a lunch we cleaned the two rabbits that we shot earlier.We ended up with 3 rabbits but the dogs had about 6 going and they had a great run.
